Within the All Abilities Active project, partners are organizing a range of activities to promote inclusive sport and strengthen community engagement across Europe.
Inclusive outdoor sport events will bring together children, with and without intellectual disabilities, encouraging participation, social inclusion, and improved physical and mental well-being. In parallel, teachers, trainers, and coaches were trained in inclusive sport practices, equipping them with the skills to support diverse groups effectively.
The project also engages families through workshops for parents, providing practical guidance on supporting children’s participation in sport. Additionally, multiplier events will be held to share project results with a wider audience and promote inclusive sport approaches across communities.
Through these activities, the project contributes to building a more inclusive, active, and healthy society.
